Your order information will not be sold to anyone else.
If you sign up for our email list, we'll occasionally keep you up to date regarding new arrivals, sales and coupons.
Your phone number will be used only if there is a problem with your order. Thereafter, it will not be used for any reason.
We also reserve the right to use your street address to mail you some marketing materials (post cards, fliers, etc., sale or new item announcements). As of now, we do not have a paper catalog, but may in the future and reserve the right to distribute our catalog to your address.
We ship orders promptly, primarily via USPS.
All orders have a Flat-Rate domestic shipping fee of $6.95.
Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Except as set forth below, we agree to refund any product you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 10 days of the date of the Shipment Confirmation, unless a longer period of time is specified in writing at the time of purchase, Order Confirmation or Shipment Confirmation, in accordance with the terms set forth herein. You shall receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our Return Policy. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Your right to a refund only applies to product(s) that are returned in the same condition as you received them. You must also include all of the products' instructions, documents and wrappings. Any product which is damaged, or not in the same condition as you received it, will NOT be refunded.
The items must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Once the original item arrives at our warehouse, we will credit your account in the amount that you paid (this excludes any promotional discounts and shipping costs). On items discounted and those specifically marked as FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS will be accepted!
Making a Return:
Even though we provide a chart size, we understand that sometimes something doesn't fit quite right. Therefore, you may exchange your purchase for the same item in a different size or color or even request a different item of the same price. You simply have to contact us and tell us what size and/or color you would like us to reserve, so that when we receive your returned order, we will have what you want in stock. Once we receive what you would like to exchange in our warehouse, we will ship you the requested item at our expense*!
